Bishop Jorin Kenneth Williams is an educator, mentor, child development professional, and founder of Total Growth Tutoring & Learning Institute, an organization dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults reach their full academic and personal potential. With more than 20 years of experience working with youth and families, he has devoted his career to supporting student achievement, mentoring young people, and strengthening communities through education.

 

Throughout his career, Jorin has served in a variety of leadership and educational roles, including Fatherhood Engagement Specialist with ChildNet, Residential Coordinator and Assistant Director of an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), paraprofessional, after-school counselor, site director, special needs counselor, pastor, and mentor. His experience spans public schools, nonprofit organizations, residential care, and community-based programs, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of child development, education, and family support.

 

Jorin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Theology in Christian Counseling, and a Master of Arts in Communication with an Education Emphasis. He has also earned a Diploma in Child Psychology, a Certificate in Early Childhood Education, a Certificate in Child Care Center Operations, and numerous professional certifications in child care, mental health, and educational support. He is continuing his professional education through graduate and doctoral-level studies in education and ministry.

 

As the founder of Total Growth Tutoring & Learning Institute, Jorin's mission is to provide high-quality tutoring, academic coaching, mentoring, and educational consulting for learners of all ages. His work emphasizes individualized instruction, character development, confidence building, and creating supportive learning environments for students with diverse learning needs.

 

Beyond academics, Jorin has a longstanding interest in communication, leadership, spirituality, mythology, and human development. He believes education should develop the whole person by encouraging intellectual growth, critical thinking, ethical leadership, and lifelong learning.
